East of Scotland Leagues 2016

Braid LTC takes an active part in the East of Scotland leagues. We have teams competing in the main men's and women's leagues from April to June, and the veterans' and mixed leagues in autumn. We also compete in other events throughout the year including the Scottish Inter Club Challenge (formerly The Scottish Cup), Inter Club Singles and Aegon Team Tennis.

The men's and ladies' vets leagues run from Sunday 7th August to Sunday 7th October 2016.

This year our three teams play in the following divisions:

Ladies	Men
Ladies’ 1st – Division 1	Men’s 1st – Division 2
Ladies’ 2nd – Division 3

Winter League Cup (mixed doubles)

Our mixed doubles team plays in Group B this season. There are five matches between Sunday 18th September and Sunday 16th October.

Robin Welsh Cup

This is a mixed doubles knockout event for teams in the top ESLTA leagues, with the first match on Sunday 21st August.

Inter Club Singles

This is a singles knockout event for teams in the top ESLTA leagues. The ladies chose not to enter a team this year, but the men have two teams. Matches are played on Monday evenings from Monday 1st August.
